Smoked Tempeh Burger

Local tempeh burger with cabbage, tomatoes, onions, and a vegan aioli served with sweet potato wedges.

Summer Quinoa Salad

Quinoa tossed with edamame, fresh radish, corn, and carrots in a lemon vinaigrette.

Tofu Bahn Mi Bowl

Sesame crusted tofu over a bed of noodles and broccoli topped with pickled daikon, carrots, red onions and ginger garnished with cilantro and basil.

The Ultimate Falafel Bowl

Chickpea falafel patties over cabbage topped with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives, and our housemade dill sauce.

Local tempeh served with black beans, rice, salsa fresca, grilled peppers, and onions.

Ratatouille Spaghetti

Roasted zucchini, eggplant and red bell peppers in a savory tomato sauce over gluten-free spaghetti.

Tofu Fried Rice

Peas, carrots, broccoli, and green onions stir fried with rice and tofu seasoned with soy sauce and ginger.

Sweet & Spicy Moroccan Stew

Chickpeas, cauliflower and onions stewed with dried apricots in a light sauce seasoned with ginger, coriander, cumin and a touch of cinnamon.

Week 4 Vegan Meals- 9/4 & 9/7

Richly spiced rice dish with onions, peas, raisins, cashews and cilantro.

Loaded Veggie Sweet Potato

Baked sweet potato stuffed with chickpeas, broccoli and roasted corn, topped with creamy chipotle sauce and garnished with cilantro.

Sesame Noodle Bowl

Tofu, broccoli, carrots, red peppers and bean sprouts over gluten free noodles, with a sesame ginger sauce.

Tempeh al Pastor

Smoked local tempeh with pineapple with masa corn cakes and salsa fresca.
