Paleo Peppermint Mocha

Ingredients:
1 cup of your favorite bold coffee
â…“ cup unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk
1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
½ tbsp Kerrygold grass-fed butter
¼ tsp peppermint extract
2-5 drops organic liquid stevia
Pinch of sea salt
Preparation:
