Week 1 Paleo Meals – 6/19 & 6/22

Breakfast Meals

Overnight Oats with Bananas & Berries

Gluten free rolled oats with yogurt, chia seeds and a touch of honey topped with sliced banana, fresh berries, almonds and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

 

Lunch Meals

Smoked Turkey Salad

Tender chunks of smoked turkey breast with craisins, onion, and celery over a bed of spinach.

All-American Burger

Grass-fed beef burger with all the fixins served with sweet potato wedges.

Dinner Meals

Sesame Crusted Salmon

Sesame crusted salmon with a maple glaze served with snow peas and carrots over cauliflower rice with a side of garlic aioli.

Sweet & Spicy Moroccan Chicken

Tender chicken thighs stewed in a light sauce seasoned with ginger, coriander, cumin, and a touch of cinnamon with cauliflower, onions, and dried apricots.

Week 2 Paleo Meals – 6/26 & 6/29

Breakfast Meals

Grass-fed beef burger topped with arugula and fresh veggie relish with a side of sweet potato salad.

Thai Beef Salad

Sliced grass-fed beef over bamboo shoots, carrot, onion, and daikon radish with a Thai inspired dressing and garnished with fresh herbs.

Dinner Meals

Sweet & Sour Pork Chops

Grilled and glazed pork chops served with a medley of broccoli, daikon, radish, and carrots.

Week 3 Paleo Meals – 7/3 & 7/6

Chicken Bacon Broccoli Bowl

Chicken thighs and broccoli served over sweet potatoes and topped with house cured bacon, served with a side of garlic aioli.

Texas Style Beef Chili

Tender chunks of grass-fed beef in a flavorful tomato sauce with peppers and onions.
