
Extra Crunchy - Finger Lickin’ (Paleo) Nachos
Hey Doritos - We see your “lady friendly” chips, and to be honest, we’re not interested.
Not only are Doritos a chemical BOMB, but the ladies we know don’t care about how they look when they eat.
Because eating food > how my face looks. Am I right, ladies?
So here is our response to Doritos: Extra Crunchy - Finger Lickin’ {Paleo} Nachos - made especially for our lady friends.
Because us loud, messy women have to stick together ;)
Extra Crunchy - Finger Lickin’ {Paleo} Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 Bag Siete’s Grain Free Lime Tortilla Chips
- 1 Jar Green Mountain Gringo Medium Salsa
- 1 lb of Grass Fed Ground Beef
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 Avocados
- Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Lime (Fresh Lime Juice)
- Himalayan Sea Salt (to taste)
- 1 TBS Primal Palate Taco Seasoning
Directions
- Add your grass-fed beef onto a cast iron skillet on medium heat. While that is simmering, add in ½ a diced red onion, and 1 tablespoon of the Primal Palate Seasoning, or any other taco seasoning you have on hand. Continue to stir the grass-fed beef until it is no longer pink in the middle.
- While the beef is cooking, pour the Siete’s Grain Free Tortilla Chips onto a baking sheet.
- Then begin to prepare the guacamole. In a medium mixing bowl, combine two fresh avocados, the juice of ½ a lime, ¼ cup of red onion, and some finely diced cilantro.
- Once the beef is done cooking, drain the extra liquid from the pan.
- Then in this order layer the following ingredients on top of the chips:
- Grass-fed beef, dollops of the guacamole, dollops of the Green Mountain Salsa, ¼ cup of fresh red onion, and then a sprinkle of the remaining cilantro
- Last, but not least, add a squeeze of fresh lime juice across the top and ….enjoy as loud, and messily as possible ;)
