To ensure optimal nutrition, we work with a Registered Dietitian on every recipe. That way we can be sure we only serve the best!

Eat the 80 meals are never frozen. They are hand-prepared in our kitchen, vacuum sealed for freshness, and delivered to your door in a recyclable, temperature-controlled box.

Heating them up takes as little as 3 minutes in a microwave. That means enjoying crisp, flavorful vegetables and tender, juicy meat without any of the shopping, cooking, or cleaning!

Her virtual practice, Whitness Nutrition, provides functional nutritional counseling for individuals ready to radically improve their health through empowered education and implementation of holistic health measures.

Whitney is a nutrition expert, voted best Dallas Dietitian since 2019. She has been featured in media segments for ABC, NBC & Business Insider. Whitney delivers individualized attention to every patient to develop customized programs based on their specific barriers, lifestyle and goals. When she’s not working, you’ll find her sipping on an iced coffee with her husband and running with her Aussie, Jax.
